1 out of 5 starsI ordered a heart wire ring over 2 months ago and haven't received the item! Money for the ring was paid via PayPal and there is no way that etsy has access to giving me a refund. I have tried contacting the shop owner multiple times and haven't heard anything back! This is frustrating and bad business!! Buyer beware!

Ask me to make a personalized ring but he has bought the love ring. Then I write and I offer you a refund because I can not sell you a personalized ring for the same price of love ... She accepts the refund. - she spends the whole weekend asking for her refund .. I am resting with my children, and I see that I do not wait for the first day habilé for its 12.00 dollars, then I leave a bad qualification. Thank you

I'm sorry. but you had to read the information in front of my store that says, this, The store will remain open but I will be on vacation from December 22 until the first week of January, all orders in that time period will be shipped until January 10 I will make a total reimbursement of your expenses. But never leave a bad rating without first reading the full content in the store.
