stephskystudios comenzó durante algunos de los meses más intensos de mi vida.
Cuando nació mi hijo mayor, pasó ocho semanas en la UCIN. Sus primeros días estuvieron llenos de monitores, sesiones de terapia y más preguntas que respuestas. A medida que crecía, comencé a crear herramientas visuales sencillas para ayudarlo con los retrasos del habla, las rutinas diarias y las transiciones difíciles. Herramientas que lo hicieron sentir reconocido y nos brindaron maneras de conectar.
Más tarde, mientras nos preparábamos para recibir a su hermanito, no encontré un libro que explicara cómo convertirse en hermano mayor de una forma que realmente le conectara. Así que creé uno. Una historia personalizada que reflejaba nuestra familia y sus grandes sentimientos. Funcionó. Y me di cuenta de que podía ayudar a otros padres a hacer lo mismo.

stephskystudios started during some of the most intense months of my life.
When my oldest son was born, he spent eight weeks in the NICU. His early days were filled with monitors, therapy sessions, and more questions than answers. As he grew, I began creating simple, visual tools to help him through speech delays, daily routines, and tough transitions. Tools that made him feel seen and gave us ways to connect.
Later, as we prepared to welcome his baby brother, I couldn’t find a book that explained becoming a big sibling in a way that truly resonated with him. So I made one. A personalized story that reflected our family and his big feelings. It worked. And I realized I could help other parents do the same.
