Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery? Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital download products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations. However, if you experience any issues with your files, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
What file formats do you provide?
Our patterns are provided as high-quality PNG files unless otherwise stated in the listing. These files are compatible with most design software and are suitable for print-on-demand, crafting, and physical product production.
How do I download my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will make your files available under Your Account > Purchases & Reviews, and you’ll also receive a download link by email.
Your download includes a PDF with a button linking to your PNG pattern file(s). Open the PDF, click the button, and your files will download. You can access your files again anytime through your Etsy account. If you run into any issues, just send us a message.
Can I use your patterns commercially?
Yes. All trnd studio patterns include a free commercial use license. You may use the designs on physical products and print-on-demand items for sale.
You may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files themselves in any form.
Can I use your patterns for digital products like templates or printables?
No. Our designs may not be used to create or sell digital products such as templates, downloadable artwork, digital papers, or backgrounds. The license applies to physical end products only.
How are your designs created?
Our designs are created using AI-assisted tools as part of a professional design workflow, then carefully refined, edited, and finalized in Photoshop and Procreate. This process allows us to deliver clean, polished, high-resolution patterns that are visually consistent, commercially usable, and ready for real-world production.
Are your patterns seamless?
Yes. All seamless pattern listings are clearly labeled as such. Seamless designs are created to repeat without visible edges, making them ideal for fabric, wallpaper, and continuous surface applications.
Custom and personalised orders
At this time, we do not offer custom designs or alterations. trnd studio focuses on providing ready-to-use, trend-driven patterns designed for fast and efficient creative use.

If you experience any issues downloading or opening your files, please contact us through Etsy messages. We’re happy to assist and ensure you receive your purchase.
