Lala Lotos story and mission

My name is Natalia Lvova. Lala Lotos is my spiritual name and creative essence.
My experience as a jewelry designer for various companies is about 15 years. Numerous diplomas, both Ukrainian and international, confirm my qualification. I started my own jewelry project Lala Lotos in 2012.

My rings, earrings, pendants, talismans, charms and amulets are made of silver, gold, natural gemstones and raw crystals. My aim as a designer is to frame, to direct and to enhance original energy of gemstones, mantras and symbols. I am also a Reiki master so all my jewelry are some kind of spiritual instruments.

When designing my jewelry, I focus primarily on people who are sensitive to subtle energies: yogis, meditators and just attentive people with high sensitivity.
You may not be interested in meditation at all, but if you feel some stone has some influence on you in a special way, then most likely you find something interesting for you in our store.

Lala Lotos offers unusual jewelry and appreciates in the customers a bright, creative nature, unconventional thinking, equal care for the external and internal.

Lala Lotos does not copy works of other craftsmen and brands, does not pass artificial gems for natural ones and does not resort to incorrect advertising.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Please make sure you specify the correct ring size. Some high band rings require a size larger than your standard size. In this case, the best action for you would be to visit any jewelry store and try on any ring of the same height to clarify your size for this type of rings. Please feel free to contact us for any clarifications. We do not exchange rings that do not fit the customer.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, or it was damaged during shipment, please describe what exactly you are dissatisfied with, and take a picture of the product so that noticed shortcomings were visible. You have the right to return the defective product. Return shipping is at your expense. Once you have sent the defective product back and provided us with the tracking number of the shipment, we will refund you the cost of the order.

Please keep in mind that the blackening in each case looks differently, so the color of the surface of the product may be slightly different from that shown in the photo. In addition, the shape of the pearls may also be slightly different from that shown in the photo.

In any case over time the surface of the product gradually blackens. This is a normal phenomenon, which is not considered defect. In some cases, silver can be oxidized, and the areas of the body in contact with it can darken. This phenomenon depends on the characteristics of the human body and his health, and is not considered defect too.
