Why LUXURY BRIDES shop does not accept returns and exchanges?
Because in the Bridal Industry, due to the delicate nature of Handmade wedding accessories a final sale, no refund, cancellation, or exchange policy is necessary.

All subtleties with the shipment of an item will be observed for my part, I guarantee a careful packaging of wedding ornaments to avoid any damage during the transportation process.

LUXURY BRIDES will not refund or accept a return of goods, also we will not be responsible for missed delivery dates related to and including customs delays,postal delays, postal loss,parcel refusal. Also the event of Undeliverable parcels returned to LUXURY BRIDES due to incorrect addresses being given at time of order.

- Never touch the stones, always pick up the crown with two hands to place on your head or in a crown case. Never pick up a crown with one hand. The oils in your hands can dull the stones. Grasp the crown between the thumb and 4 fingers at the top and bottom edge of the rhinestone chain. This will keep your stones sparkling forever.

- A crown should be carried upright, not on its side, when possible.

- Always have your hair done a couple of hours before wearing the crown, hair lacquer, gels, mousse, etc, are the number one jewelry enemy, even on gold.

- Store your jewelry in its original packaging in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

All wedding jewelry from LUXURY BRIDES shop will be placed in a beautiful sturdy box with a crepe paper and shredded tissue, thus wedding decoration will be securely stored during transport.

The shipping take about 2- 3 weeks. I ship the item within 3-5 working days after recieving payment.

3 .Australia post Parcel tracking to destinations outside Australia is not possible with the standard service. Should you wish to be able to track your package after it has left Australia, please contact me prior to purchasing to discuss as a premium parcel service to allow international tracking incurs additional costs as is a premium service.
