Conventional jewelry care advice to maximize the longevity of your pieces includes storing them in a dry, cool place and avoiding moisture. I intentionally make most of my jewelry to require minimal cleaning. I have had success with diluted lemon water for cleaning the metal alloy charms. For more info about a particular item please contact me.

Giclee prints should be stored in an acid free sleeve when not framed. Avoiding moisture and direct sunlight will maximize the longevity of your print or painting.

Resin may be cleaned with soap and water.

I do accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping charges are not refundable.

I do inspect all items for defects before carefully packaging them for shipment. If defect is found please message me to correct the issue immediately for you.

I’m using a new design for clip on earrings which I find more comfortable than traditional bigger hinges. They stay secure on the ear even with bigger charms and are suitable for kids and adults! If you’d prefer I use bigger brass clip on hinges like the ones used with vintage jewelry contact me. I can make any earrings with those for you. Almost all of my earrings are available as clip on earrings so message me if you would prefer your new earrings as clip ons at check out if you don’t see the listing for it or if it’s easier for you.

I do use stainless steel for my earrings and most of my other jewelry hardware. Stainless steel is considered hypoallergenic but may not be nickel free. So it’s suitable for sensitive ears but perhaps not the most sensitive ears. I offer clip on versions of most earrings. If you’d like I can send you a hook or post to fry out before purchasing. Due to their inability to be recycled I have decided to discontinue making epoxy resin items. What’s I have left from my resin binge will be the last of it I will be making. I really enjoyed making the unicorns and jewelry and light catchers but I can’t live with myself if I keep making plastic. I hope you understand. I am researching more environmentally sustainable options for my products.
