All items come packaged in a drawstring bag with gift box.

It is not recommended to get your crystal jewelry wet or expose to sun for long periods of time as some crystals (quartz varieties) can fade.

The best way is with a tailors tape or even a string/shoe lace.. tightly wrapped around the wrist bone. Then you can measure the string to get your actual wrist size. They are stretch bracelets and give a little when putting on. The size ordered will depend on comfort you are looking for. An example is if your wrist measures 6” and you want a snug fit you’d want 6.25” and if you want a comfortable fit you can go with 6.5”.. I can make any size you need even if not listed you can add a note during checkout for the custom size.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item for a return. A standard retention of a $3.50 shipping & handling fee will not be refunded on orders with free shipping and if shipping was paid at the time of purchase the shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer if a label is provided the refund will be less the label price at the time of purchase. Once I receive the item back in new and unused condition the refund will be issued. If a return is received past the return policy window without prior authorization a 50% restock fee will be charged for all items returned.

All items are securely packaged for safe arrival and shipped via USPS First Class mail (no insurance) with the exception that expedited shipping is purchased during the checkout process. Once USPS is in possession of the package I can not be responsible for lost or damaged items. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance please feel free to contact me prior to purchase or immediately after. All USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express packages include a standard $100 insurance.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?

I do not recommend that you wear your jewelry in water or get it wet. Overtime, water and moisture can damage break down the stringing materials used to create your piece and cause it to break.

How often should I cleanse my jewelry?

We recommend cleansing your jewelry when it begins to feel heavy. As a general guideline, cleanse your jewelry every 5-7 days to keep your crystals at their highest vibration possible. We recommend you trust your intuition and go with what feels that best.

I just received my crystals. Now what do I do?

First you want to cleanse your crystals. Then you want to set your intention for your crystal or jewelry. Once you’ve done both of those things, you can then begin working with or wearing the item.

What wrist should I wear my bracelet on?

The left side of your body is your receiving side and also deals with your internal self. This is where your habits, motivation and emotions reside. When you wear jewelry on this side of your body, you can make necessary internal shifts or invite specific energy into your life.

The right side of your body is your action side or giving side. Wearing crystals on the right side aids in your productivity and controls the energy you put out into the world.
