Each piece is created with our custom Kintsugi process, this process entails breaking the piece into multiple pieces and using an adhesive to bring the pieces back together. Using our proprietary process, blending the modern and traditional Kintsugi methods, we bring the piece to life. We will sometimes leave pits, cracks and flaws in the piece, as we believe it adds to the uniqueness of each piece. The product advertised was beautiful but this was not the one that was going to be sent to me, added to which there were massive problems with the delivery system. This all resulted in me not continuing with the purchase. The customer service was very, very helpful in the end.
