Will I receive any physical products?

No, all of the items in my shop are instant digital downloads only. This means that once you have paid for your pdf item(s), you will be able to download and print them yourself. So nothing will be physically shipped to you.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Unfortunately I cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the digital nature of the products. However, if you have any problems with your order or downloads, please reach out to me so that I can try and help you resolve the issue!

What are instant digital downloads?

You will not receive any physical products with your purchase, since everything in my shop is digital. This means that your purchases will be in the form of pdf's so that you can download and print them yourself as many times as you wish. They will be automatically available to you after your payment is confirmed.

How do I access my digital products?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will have access to all of your purchased digital products. If you have an Esty account, you can access your digital downloads through the link in the email from Etsy, or in the "Purchases & Reviews" section of your Etsy account. If you checked out as a guest, your download link(s) will be emailed to you from Etsy using the email address you used at checkout. From there you can download the pdf file(s) and print as many times as you'd like. If you are using a mobile device, please be sure to use the browser and log into your Etsy account from there and not from the Etsy App, as the app does not offer a way to download files. If you need any further help with your download(s), please contact me!

Are there any restrictions as to how I can use the printables?

Yes, there are. Your pdf downloads are to be printed and used for personal use only. You can print them as many times as you'd like for your own use (which includes your family, homeschool, church group, classroom, daycare, or playgroups). Selling the pdf downloads in any way is prohibited. Thank you for your understanding on this matter!
