We currently ship from our UK warehouse, using UPS Express on a daily basis. Your order will be delivered in 2 working days from dispatch. This may be slightly longer during peak periods, but generally it doesn't slow down much! We are proud of our fast dispatch and shipping, alongside the quality of our mats, which are pre-treated to last longer than normal coir mats.

We can ship to PO Boxes BUT shipping WILL take longer because Postal Service organizations have specific procedures in place for handling packages delivered to PO boxes. The item was exactly as I ordered, very high quality. Customer service and response were also very prompt and honest. Only one thing which does not depend on the vendor: delivery times outside UK are very long, my order weas stuck in customs for 12 days.
