- Be it anything specific you have in your mind or any design you like, maybe an illustration you’ve drawn. I’ll make a CAD design for you, and we’ll proceed with the making of the ring once CAD is confirmed and payment is received.

- Please take note that we reserve the right to shelve and sell customized products.

- I accept payment plans, that way you can purchase an item at a pace most comfortable to you.

- The first payment can be as low as $100.
- It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan.
- I will start making the ring after I receive at least half the value of the order.
- I will hold your layaway item for a period of up to six months.
- I will ship the item as soon as the last payment is received.
- No cancellations for custom orders once production begins.
- For any reason the item is not paid in full, I’ll keep 20% of the original payment as the restocking fee, I’ll refund the rest immediately.

- Because all of our items are handcrafted carefully in our studio, our making time is usually 1-2 weeks, Custom orders may take longer.

- Shipping times to the USA, Europe, UK, Australia, Canada is 1-2 weeks excluding customs delays. All our shipments to these locations are insured and come with a tracking number.

- Except for the USA, all International shipping may levy customs fees, duties, VAT or taxes separately calculated and collected at the time of delivery which must be paid and handled by the buyer.

- It's hard for us to keep tabs on how much these charges might be for all the countries, and it may change from time to time. So we can’t be responsible for any delays that may happen due to these things.

- We offer a rush upgrade to make your order faster. Please contact us before you place your order to ensure that we can accommodate your deadline.

- There is also a rush order fee, and I will have to check my schedule for the timeframe.

- Rush Orders are NON REFUNDABLE.

- All my rings are standard US size. If you are from the UK, Australia, Europe or anywhere else, please let me know your finger size, and I will tell you the corresponding US size.

- I can make the ring in any size. Please drop down the Options box to choose the ring size. If you need a smaller or bigger ring size, please contact me, we’ll custom make it for you!

- I want you to LOVE the item you’ve ordered! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days after receiving the package, and we shall discuss the best resolution possible.

- I do not carry any stock and make every ring by hand per order. If you cancel the order or return the item unrelated to the quality problems it will be a significant loss for me so it will be subject to a restocking fee depending on the specific circumstance.

- Buyer pays the return shipping.
- In case of the refund, the refund amount will be after deducting the shipping charges and restocking fees.
- Custom or Personalized item is not allowed to return.
- Eternity Band is considered a Personalized item.

- Engraving service is available and will only cost your PRECIOUS SMILE :)

- Engraving however is subjected to design it might be possible for some designs and doesn't on some. Also on some occasions, there might be a cap on the number of letters as per the availability of space.

- To ensure your package arrives safely, it is mandatory for you to Please provide me with your contact number in a checkout note. The shipping company needs it.

- Metal composition is tricky there might be slight variation in colour from different batches. Though the Karat value will be the same as mentioned. So if you're looking for a matching set, I recommend getting it in one purchase.

If you cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase, it would be subject to 10% cancellation charges.

If your order is already in making, the cancellation charges would be significantly higher depending on the specific circumstance.
