I bought a custom mug for my husband and he’s in love with it. Jason, was so nice to work with and very responsive. I gave 4 stars for quality because the image started to lose tiny chips of paint but i reached out to Jason and he responded within 12 hours, offering to ship out a new mug free of charge.
