After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes.
Etsy does not support downloading digital files via Etsy App. Please use one of the following options:
1- Open your email and click 'View Your Files on Etsy' in the email received from Etsy. Login to your Etsy account. You can see the links to your files.
2- Login to your Etsy account using a browser on your mobile phone or laptop. Click on Your Account. Select Purchases and Reviews and then Your Order. Select the option 'Download Files'. You will see the links to your file.

Here are different ways you can print your downloads:
1- Upload to a professional printing service online.
2- Go to your local copy store (be sure to bring the files on a USB drive). Examples include: Staples, Walmart, Walgreens, Office Depot, FedEx.
3- Use a home printer. If you print at home use good quality paper. We recommend using a heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock, presentation paper or fine art paper. Please note color outcome/quality may vary. Printing at home can be tricky unless you have a specialized printer, so we would recommend taking your file / sending into a retailer to print.
