Delivery & Shipping

1. Frames are in stock, and lenses do not need to be customized, usually within 3 days after the transaction.
2. Frames are in stock, but the lenses need to be customized, which usually takes 5-7 days to deliver.
3. Frame needs to be customized, whether the lens needs to be customized or not, it will take two weeks.
4. The above schedule may be postponed if it is busy, but we will inform you in advance.
5. Usually we use USPS to deliver for customers from the United States, Canada Post to Canada. We will use other air delivery services for small parcels to Australia and Europe , the time limit is usually 5-7 days. But if you have higher expectations in time, we can hire UPS or FEDEX, and you need to pay extra fees. Usually, the validity period is 4-5 days.
6. Usually we ship from our Hong Kong studio, but for finished sunglasses or reading glasses, we may also ship from our Vancouver or New York store.
