Curious as to how custom orders work?

[ Step 1 ] When purchasing your custom invitation, print, or other stationery item, include the custom details as provided in the "Item Details" section of the listing in the notes section of your purchase.

[ Step 2 ] You will receive a digital proof of your custom order within 1-3 days after purchase and receipt of details.

[ Step 3 ] Take a look at your proof, and make sure everything looks right and is spelled correctly. A real live artist is creating each custom piece, so human error is a possibility! We aim to deliver the best product possible, which is why we ask for your final approval before production. We cannot be held liable for any errors in spelling or design once you approve.

YES! Songbird's lead designer and owner, Rosie, absolutely LOVES games! To share her love of games, we just launched a printable game section in our Etsy shop, perfect for a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party, and all the parties! We want to make it easy on party hosts and hostesses, so we decided to offer ready-to-play games via digital download.

However, because our first and foremost love is paper, our invitations are only offered in the flesh, real-live paper invitations -- no digital downloads available. We love paper so much and love to produce high-quality, beautiful invitations, cards, and prints!

Invitations will be shipped to you unassembled, but packaged up neatly in separate components. We do this for a few important reasons:

[ 1 ] To ensure that it ships safely and without any bends, creases, or tears.

[ 2 ] If you are addressing envelopes yourself, we strongly advise to write on empty envelopes so you don't leak ink or leave an impression on your invitation. Plus, it ensures a smooth surface if you have multiple pieces or any ties and wraps around your invitation.

[ 3 ] To keep our prices down. We do offer invitation assembly & mailing services for our local Seattle clients, but at an extra cost. Interested & local? Message us to inquire!
