Balloons arrive flat and need to be filled with helium on the day of your event to float. For larger quantities be sure to source your helium prior to ordering. For questions about where to find helium and the helium requirements for your purchase, please message our shop:-)

We hand make all of our balloons garlands here at the shop, so it takes 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order to ship. We will put a rush on all upgraded orders and ensure they are made and ready to ship out in 1 business day. Standard shipping for orders is USPS first class which takes 3-7 biz days to arrive. Upgraded shipping is USPS Priority which arrives in 2-3 business days.
