We always dispatch orders on time. However, please note that international postal services can sometimes be slower than expected, especially for overseas deliveries. In some cases, delivery may take longer than 4 weeks (particularly for shipments to the USA and other overseas destinations).

Our default shipping method is an economy letter service without tracking. Since this shipping option does not include tracking or insurance, we are unfortunately unable to investigate delays or claim compensation from the postal service for lost shipments. For this reason, refunds based solely on “package not received” claims cannot be guaranteed with the standard shipping option.
