If international orders are returned to me as "uncollected" or "undeliverable" due to an incomplete address being provided, I am not able to refund your shipping costs and additional shipping costs will be incurred to re-ship the item. Returned or exchanged items must be properly packaged for return shipping and arrive in resalable condition in order to qualify. I'd appreciate it if you can let me know you need to return something within 30 days of receipt. If an item is damaged in shipping, please save all packing materials and let me know right away.
