This is a lovely personalised gift for cycling enthusiasts, I contacted the seller because I had left it rather late to order, I got an immediate reply, the item was posted the next morning and despite a postal strike arrived the day before it was needed, the seller informed me when it was shipped and replyed to my thank you message when it arrived. All in all fantastic customer service and a nice little personalised gift, I highly recommend this seller 🙂

I received my order promptly and with the correct personalization, however, the actual item was not as listed. After discussing with the shop owner, they were very gracious in making it correct and sending out the correct item. I appreciate the quick response.
