The make and look of this hat is quite nice. Unfortunately, you can't really tell just by casually looking at it, but it's a rather loose knit compared to other store bought hats I own. As such, I'm unable to safely wear it in genuinely cold weather. My ears can feel the frosty wind cut right through it as if there was nothing protecting them. Perhaps that's the nature of hand-knit hats - I just wasn't aware of it when buying. Nice hat otherwise, though!

Bonjour, je suis navrée que ce bonnet ne vous donne pas satisfaction. Vous aviez la possibilité de me poser des questions avant de passer commande, je vous aurais fait plus de photos ou des vidéos. Lors des grands grands froids est de mettre une capuche par dessus. L'artisanat n'équivaut en rien l'industriel fait en grand quantité et par des machines. En tant que créatrice je fabrique différentes sortes de modèles, le 95% de mes clients en sont entièrement satisfaits. Vous aviez également la possibilité de me retourner le produits sous 14 jours une fois la commande reçue, vous n'avez pas échangé avec moi au préalable nous aurions pu trouver une solution dans le délai imparti. Merci tout de même pour votre avis et votre commande.
