Beautiful fancy stone top whorl spindles will help you create unique one of a kind yarn from roving, fiber, or locks.

These spindles are heavy enough to spin a medium to very fine yarn.
Each is tested for smooth balanced spinning.
The spindles weigh between 1.25 ounce up to 1.5 ozs.
The stone whorl is 1.75"- 2" in diameter
The shaft is made from turned wood that has been stained and sealed( dark shaft) or Bamboo that has been stained and sealed ( light wood).

****please be aware that you may not get the exact spindle pictured as no 2 are exactly alike, but all are very similar and made to order. Shafts will vary and are selected to compliment each stone.****

I really like these spindles, and as someone who practices with crystal healing, I saw these and they were a must have! It’s better to spin thinner yarn with this, I tried spinning thicker and it doesn’t like to spin for long, but now it’s teaching me to conserve fiber and make more yarn, so personally I’m very happy about that! Definitely recommend!
