Ordered Thursday and received Monday! Fast and efficient, I recommend!

The quality of the scissors is good. They are sharp and beautiful. The person who got it as a gift was surprised and happy. The only downsides were with the case for the needles. It was quite challenging to open. And the needles stored inside seem to get some black color as a result of what was used to make the case darker inside. As for the quality of the products, I can confirm that it met expectations and they even looked better live than in the pictures. Customer service was not needed. Everything worked so smooth with the seller. She prepared everything quickly and once it was shipped I was told a time range for it to arrive. The item arrived on time within those dates. It was my first purchase in Etsy, so I was extremely pleased that everything worked well. I definitely recommend this seller and her great products.
