This crochet tutorial (in German and English) consists of illustrated pattern for crocheting a bag in the shape of an owl, size 25 cm x 30 cm (measured without handle). The size of the bag can be changed very easily. The bag can be used by the children either as a kindergarten bag or as a leisure bag.
The bag can be crocheted with two different handles. The first variation would be handles as one piece and the second variation handles with the ring (explained in the instructions).

The following crochet skills should be present: ch, ch sp, sc, dc, hdc, sl st, crab stitches, crochet in rounds and rows.

Material: 100 % mercerized cotton (e.g. Katia "Capri" or Lana Grossa "Cotone"), 50g/125 m, 150 g violet (pink), 50 g lilac (light pink), 50 g orange (brown), remnants white and black. Crochet hook no. 3 and 2.5 (EU-size) or no. 11 and no. 12 (US-size). Fiberfill, snap fasteners, 9 mm diameter or buttons. 2 pcs wooden rings, about 5 cm in diameter.
