I am not authorized to collect import or customs fees for any country, and they are not included in your purchase price. I cannot falsify documents with incorrect item values or mark orders as gifts, as this is illegal.

If your package is being mailed to a Tennessee address, I am required by state law to collect Tennessee sales tax. Etsy collects and pays sales tax on orders in some other states, as required by law.

Please be certain that your order the correct ring size. Local jewelry stores are a great place to determine your ring size. If that isn't a possibility, please ask me for a ring sizer to use at home. Print out ring sizers are NOT an accurate way of determining your ring size.

I will not be able to change the size once your ring has been created. Due to the amount of detail on my rings, I do not offer resizing services. A jewelry store with a repair shop can resize my rings. There will be a visible seam in most cases.

My customers love the option of adding their own personal messages inside of rings and on my pendants. Many of my silver and gold pieces can be customized with the word(s) of your choice.

I do not offer customization on bronze pieces. Ready to ship pieces are only available as shown in the listing photos.

Please be aware that adding a custom message to any of my jewelry removes the possibility of returning or exchanging that piece.
