If your print arrives in a curled state due to being shipped in a tube, rest assured that it can be easily flattened without damaging the print. In the event of a dispute arising, except in cases where the buyer has received a damaged order, if a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be reached and the buyer insists on returning the order, it is incumbent upon the buyer to bear the return shipping expenses. This process is analogous to the expectation that a buyer would cover transportation costs when making returns or purchases at a physical brick-and-mortar store.
