We ship from Slovenia currently. We have two possibilities: STANDARD (public shipping companies) and Express or RUSH order (private shipping companies). Standard shipping takes between up to one week (Europe) or up to three weeks (during Christmas and summer time vacations could be more ) outside Europe.
Express or Rush order shortens shipping to 1-4 days. In recent years, the prices of the public postal service have jumped sharply, while the prices of the private postal service have fallen sharply. In Europe, the price of private mail is only slightly higher compared to public service. It is slightly higher for the US, Australia and other overseas countries. Therefore, we recommend that you order the Express service for sensitive and fragile content (glass). Such a package usually travels for 2-4 days and private companies have never lost our package. Contact us in a case you need more info.

Please note, that I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE for any postage delays after the item is sent. All necessary info you can find online on tracking sites entering the tracking number we provided.
After sending your item should arrive:
1. within a week in Europe,
2. between 8 and 15 days for USA (Between December and February due to holidays delays can be 3-4 weeks. Please order on time).,
3. between 1 and 5 weeks for the rest of the world (slightly more during holidays.).

If the package travels more than 1 week in Europe, Hong Kong or Singapore, 2 weeks USA and Canada, Australia 4-6 weeks, it means that there are some problems (ex.: package retained in customs, forgotten in your local post office, or you did not receive the message from the postman, or your address is not good etc..). If this is the case, please:
1) check FIRST ONLINE with your tracking number and call your local post office to avoid returning the package. Please check for any notices from a postman that can be left for you, as missing the postman's message of package arrival is frequent reason of problems. But please do not leave the package without tracking to avoid returning it. In this case you are responsible for the cost of new shipment.
2) If the package seams lost and you can not resolve the problem with your local post office, contact us. We will begin the official search.
The information on internet is sometimes missing (not entered by local post office), so please call your local post office if you suspect that the package should be there.
3) If you see online that the postal service tried to deliver the package and no one was at home to receive it, have in mind that not later than after 7-10 days the package will be returned. The cost of repeated shipping is yours.
If you track on Slovenian site, use desktop computer for tracking because you will probably not have an option for English site on your mobile telephone.
4) If your package returns (reasons: unknown address or you left the package too long at the post office etc.) and you do not reclaim it or pay new shipping expenses, we store your item for 90 days from the day the item was returned. After 90 days we do not store items and we do not accept requests anymore.

DELIVERY DELAYS. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties imposed in their country. According to our experience, between December and February USA delivery is substantially delayed. So please order on time.

INDUSTRIAL AND HANDMADE. We do not use industrial or half industrial methods of production. We paint all our products by hand (no painting pistols), we do not use laser engraving etc. This means that our products are unique and every box is slightly different form the rest. So please before you order, be sure that you want completely handmade product, especially engraving. Handmade engraving can be recognized easily because laser engraving is perfect and every letter or number is exactly the same. We make mostly items that have a vintage look that can not be easily reproduced using industrial techniques.

COLORS. Colors are well represented in the images, but please be aware of the limitations of digital imagery and color and that different computer monitors can display the same image in a very different way. The first picture always represent the item as it will look like when it is finished, unless you ordered diferently. Last photos sometimes represent the same items in other colors or other items that can be combined to make a set.

MEASURES. Sometimes dimensions on the pictures can be misleading. So please check measures of every item. I generally have in stock small, middle and large boxes. Measures are only approximate, but differences are mostly very small, measured in millimeters.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS. Majority of our item are available for personalizing. Personalizing means that your personal data can be engraved on the item (names, family names, dates etc.). Some items can not be personalized and it is clearly stated. Other items can be personalized, but with limited options, generally because of lack of sufficient space on the box or other item. If you wish items to be personalized, you have to add instructions into Notice to seller. If you send instructions with email or within correspondence, we are not responsible for possible errors or missed personalization of the item ordered.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS: Out products are tinted or painted and then varnished. Tincture and varnish protect items for long periods. Items are protected when used in normal circumstances. So please clean our products with a dry or slightly wet cloth only. Do not clean with running water. Dry after cleaning. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents (alcohol etc.). Avoid direct contact with the heat. Avoid direct sun exposure to preserve the color and a shape. Clean with soft tissues, avoid contact with sharp things, especially acrylic windows.

PACKAGING MATERIAL: We use packaging materials from cardboard, plastic or cardboard composite materials from recycled material or from used and disposed packaging material. We suggest that you reuse or dispose of this packaging material and sort it according to local laws.

COPYRIGHT. Sometimes you will find items from different manufacturers that are very similar. Please have in mind that we do not copy designs. We guarantee that all items on our listings are designed by us.

What to do if I do NOT receive the package withing the time indicated for shipping?
1. First of all, track by Internet and do not leave the package waiting for you in the local post office. After a couple of days it goes back.
2. If the package does not arrive to your local post office in reasonable time, the problem can be with customs or it is (temporally) lost in transport. Give a week to postal service and track online to see if there appears new information.
3. If you still do not see any information, let us know, we will begin the official search.
4. Generally after staring official search, the package is found and delivered in a couple of days.
5. If the package is not found, the postal service informs us (the sender) and offers indemnification. In this case we make other item for you. But please have in mind that we need the proof from the postal service, to avoid making second item and in the meantime the first package arrival. So please be patient while we are waiting the official information from the postal service (Generally takes up to two weeks). Without their information we do not have legal basis to repeat the item.

What to do when I receive a DAMAGED item?
In a case you received the damaged item, you have to make an official record stamped by local post office. Take pictures of the damaged package and content. In a case you want the replacement or refund, you have to send these documents to us. We can ask for refund only in a case we present the proof that the item was damaged.

Can I get a refund of personalized items?
Generally personalized item can not be returned, only not personalized, but within 2 weeks. So before you buy, check if you are buying the right thing. We accept returns of personalized products in a case of our error that can not be repaired. For example, if a product is reparable (misspelling, wrong date etc.) within reasonable time (for example, to arrive before your wedding date), we will repair the product for free. If the product can not be repaired, we will replace it. We have to be informed within 2 weeks after the arrival of the package. After 2 weeks we do not accept returns.
