I consider this service more of a confirmation that the label was purchased because it is unreliable as tracking. I have polled my customers many times to ask what they value more: free shipping or tracked shipping? The tracking I use for bookmarks does not always update. My local post office cannot scan it. I work just about every day, filling your orders.
