Considering this listing design.
The one-letter consists of 7 layers and another letter of 6 layers.
All layers are different but together they create a unique 3D artwork.

The height of the letter is 254mm [10inch] and width is according to an aspect ratio of the letter.
(this size is scalable to any measure)
The thickness depends on the material you take.
By considering 6 layers if take,
2mm material your letter will be 12mm thick,
3mm - 18mm,
4mm - 24mm,
6mm - 36mm,
8mm - 48mm,
10mm - 60mm.
It's up to you.
