With growing prices of shipping, while trying to keep our prices affordable, please note that the buyers are responsible for exchange postage. Contact us via messages and we will send you exchange instructions.

To be fair, the shipping costs for exchanges are divided equally among both parties. Once we receive the return package from the customer, we will ship the exchange item at our own expense.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate customization requests for individual pieces at this time due to our production backlog.

Our custom design prices for select pieces start at $400, plus processing & shipping fees, which are to be paid in advance. It involves a new CAD, new mold, souring stones and metals or custom cutting stones, finishing and photography for approval. Custom pieces are not eligible for returns, exchange or refunds as this piece will take up more of our working hours than our standard designs. Please note that custom pieces may take up to 8 to 16 weeks to complete. We recommend looking for jewelers on Etsy or your local area who accepts commission work or can create a single custom pieces.

Our productivity and time are impacted by the process of photographing the gemstones, finding the perfect lighting, editing them, sending them, and putting them on hold until the buyer may or may not purchases them. Rest assured each piece of jewelry is thoroughly checked multiple times prior to shipping it.

Moonstones, like diamonds, are assessed on various factors such as veins, color, clarity, size, and others. The price of the stone is determined by the level of color saturation and clarity. Generally, the more intense the color and clarity of the Moonstone, the higher its price will be. The cost of the stone varies according to the size or carat, ranging from a single digit for stones with black inclusions to flawless 5A moonstones. If you have purchased an AA or AAA quality moonstone for under $150, we cannot provide you with a 5A high-grade moonstone, which is hard to source and priced upwards of $500. High grade Moonstones are generally reserved for solid gold jewelry custom-made or commission work.

All our gemstones are 100% natural, except for any side stones or simulated diamonds used in the design to enhance the main stone's appearance. Our gemstones undergo professional testing in their rough state and again in our office with colored stone testing equipment.

Our Veatge Moonstones are sourced ethically and are 100% natural. We use high-quality AA or AAA-graded stones that have beautiful inclusions. Before purchasing the larger rough, we undergo intense testing to ensure that we only acquire the best. Once we have the stones, we test them in-house with our tools and under the light to ensure their quality. Unlike lab-created gems, our Moonstones have beautiful inclusions that add to their natural charm.

Rest assured that your jewelry undergoes a thorough quality check and cleaning process before being dispatched to our shipping department. All beautiful things need care, but delicate items require even more attention. Among all jewelry, rings receive the most action on the hand and, therefore, need special care. A bezel-set ring secures the stone entirely, but a prong-set ring is a more delicate setting that requires extra care while being worn.

It is HIGHLY recommended to remove your ring while engaging in sports or gym activities to prevent accidental hitting, constant fiddling, or frequent dropping of the ring. Additionally, to help keep it shiny, avoid wearing rings in water with high chlorine content, such as swimming pools, or while doing dishes. Avoid storing it with other heavy items to prevent damage to the prongs.

STOLEN PACKAGES
Buyers must track orders and collect parcels immediately from the front door. If absent, authorize a trusted neighbor, friend, or family member to collect. Deliveries to the front door, mailbox, or neighborhood are beyond our control. Refunds are not possible once shipping marks the package as delivered.

LOST PACKAGE
If package is lost in transit by the mail carrier, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund. This rarely happens!

MAIL FORWARDING - We do not allow mail forwarding due to rising scam utilizing this method. The package will be routed back to us.
