Excellent customer service. I already placed the order and paid but then I saw an engraved message on the inside cover. I asked if there was a way to add a message but wasn’t expecting a reply inside of 48hrs. They contacted my immediately within the hour, told me they could add a message, ask for the message and sent my an invoice. I paid it and it is beautiful and special to the recipient. Excellent turnaround time as well. Will definitely order other products in the near future.
