DESCRIPTION:
Our Cutting and Serving Boards make the perfect gift for a new couple just starting out or to add to a home of those more established.

Our boards are cut, carved and sanded in the North America. Each board is personalized with laser a custom laser engraving done with a Class 4 laser to ensure precision of each design.

Each board gets finished with a blended Mineral Oil and wax after engraving for a water protected and long lasting design. We include notes in each order on how to care for your board and an optional gift message.

Our puzzle piece boards really interlock together! Engrave matching theme designs and create a beautiful display!

FINALIZING YOUR ORDER
Along with your order, please include personalization notes in the box at checkout. We pack up each board with notes on maintaining and caring for your board, as well as, an optional gift message to the recipient.

PRODUCTION TIME:
Standard processing time is 2-5 days. During this time we create your custom graphic, laser engrave your board, sand and condition the final product.

PROOFS AND CUSTOM DESIGNS:
Proofs will be provided for more intricate designs (cutting boards, door mats, event favors, etc). Listings that are more straight forward such as tumblers, mugs, candles or stones will not generate a proof unless requested by the buyer at checkout. Truly custom design requests will always generate proofs, multiple edits are available until we get it just as you envisioned it!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Due to all items being personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are at fault for an error. If there are any issues with your order you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund items on a case by case basis. Don’t hesitate to contact us!

We welcome corporate orders and love incorporating logos to our designs, helping business with gifting that is on brand for the firm. This includes realtor closing gifts, photographer client gifts, holiday gifts, etc. We do NOT sell wholesale. CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
It is very difficult to change your address after your order is placed, we will try are very best, but are not responsible for deliveries to wrong addresses associated with your Etsy account.

All processing times are based on you providing all the details needing to complete your order. Orders will be delayed up to 10 days or until you provide all missing details. After 10 days we will cancel your order if we have not received a response from you.
