Our GenderBender Tape is made from very soft 98% nylon and 2% spandex with a hypoallergenic medical grade acrylic adhesive that is latex free and non-medicated. It will stay on while swimming or showering and can last up to 7 days! It is ok to take off after wearing for only a short period, but we recommend it only be reaplied 1-2 times per week to prevent irritating the skin from constant removal.
Roll is 7.5-15cm wide x 5m long and lasts around 1-2 months with typical use. For use on chests, we generally recommend 7.5cm for A-B cups, 10cm for B-C cups, and 15cm for D+ if using a single layer. Some people prefer to use multiple layers of a smaller width to give them more control over the shape. Xandre had one B cup and one C cup, so often used 1 layer of 10cm on both sides and an extra layer of 7.5cm on the larger side for a smoother bind. See how Xandre's technique looked in these photos: https://www.etsy.com/listing/954846748/pride-boardshort-stretch-swim-shorts
If you order a skin test, you'll receive 2 small strips of tape and written instructions for checking if you are somehow allergic to it or have any sort of skin reaction. Some people who have had bad reactions to other brands of tape in the past or who have generally sensitive skin like to try this before investing in a whole roll of tape. We still recommend you do 2 reaction tests before using the body tape for the first time, even if you do go ahead and buy a roll. Follow the instructions below:
Please test on skin twice for 24 hours before use in sensitive areas, in case of unexpectedskin reaction, or order our test strip kit. Apply to clean dry skin. For best results, after applying a small segment use one hand to flatten the tissue into the desired shape while rolling the remaining tape onto skin without stretching. Avoid pulling skin too taught, not redistributing chest tissue downwards or too far sideways. While this can be removed by most simply by soaking in warm water, for those with sensitive skin it is best to remove with natural oils like almond, grapeseed, coconut, olive or even canola or corn oil (we suggest avoiding petroleum products like baby oil if you do not want to risk increasing estrogen levels). Slowly peel away in same direction as applied and avoid going against the grain of your body hair. When used on chests, we recommend wearing for 3-5 days so that the adhesive can weaken before removal. Tape is easiest to peel off with minimal residue after working out or sweating!

Safety:
We offer small samples to try if you are concerned about skin reactions, for those who have had trouble with body tapes in the past. We use medical grade acrylic adhesive, so allergy is uncommon, but discomfort is still possible for those with very sensitive skin. Please try twice for 24 hours before use in sensitive areas. This sample strip will not be large enough to use for binding. We want people to buy a whole roll for that attempt, because it takes time to perfect individual application technique, so we don't want people to think that it doesn't work for them after trying only once.
This body tape is perfectly safe for binding as long as it is not wrapped around the entire chest - directions in photos. Taping can be better than a traditional binder as it does not restrict, constrict or compress your body or organs at all. Taping allows for full range of motion, mobility and breathing. It is more discreet than binding as it does not cover the back, chest or shoulders (as seen here) and is not visible under your garments. The wave pattern of the adhesive provides a strong bond that is breathable and less irritating than full coverage adhesive. This tape we have developed is MUCH softer and more comfortable than other binding tapes sold on the market, because it is made with fine nylon rather than rough cotton or polyester, and only has 10-15% stretch as compared to the 35% stretch in Transape which can lead to painful blistering, scarring and skin irritation. For best results on chest, after applying to the inner breast, use one hand to flatten the tissue into the desired shape while rolling the remaining tape onto your side without stretching it. Chest taping directions are in the product photos!
We offer nip covers for nipple protection: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1171633206/disposable-fabric-nipple-covers-pasties
This tape can also be used to tuck (like Unclockable, but a roll you can cut yourself instead of precut shapes) as well as to pack (see directions by Transtape).
Our soft body tape is generally much more comfortable than transtape/KT tape. How well it works is often more dependent on body type and density of chest tissue rather than cup size alone. Sometimes it can work even better for larger bodies than binders do, and it's also up to personal preference!
