Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.

An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery for purchases of $500 and above.

High value packages ship with full insuranceand tracking.

International Shipping

Standard - FedEx Shipping - 2-3 Business Day Delivery

Important note for international buyers:

You may be required to pay VAT/Import and Clearance fees before your package is delivered. We are not responsible for any such fees.

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.

For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee.

Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.

For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks.

Insurance claims are time sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

Layaway

We are happy to extend a layaway option to customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact us if you would like to set up a layaway plan.

All layaway orders are subject to the following:

• A non-refundable deposit of 35%
• The customer is obligated to track payment progress
• Full payment is required before made to order jewelry production can begin
• Full payment is required before items are shipped
• All items purchased through this program are considered final sale
• Plans showing no payment progress within 6 months are subject to forfeit and items will be taken off hold

Layaway payments and shipping and rush fees are not eligible for refund.

UK BUYER- Beautiful ring, i did end up returning this ring due to the size and also i had a change of heart on the style. So I am currently going through the exchange process. However the quality of the ring and customer service has been amazing throughout. Be aware there is a tax/duty fee to pay where the ring is coming from USA, how the price and quality of the ring is so worth it and you cant beat the price. Size up slightly due to this ring style being a flat edge. I am excited to receive my new ring soon!

Beautiful and elegant ring. I would order 1/4 size bigger than usual since i will have to get it adjusted but it’s amazing, beautiful and compliments my engagement ring so much!! I love it!!!!

Exceeded my expectations! Beautiful ring, very comfortable to wear and a perfect addition to my engagement ring. Note that I typically wear a 5 1/2 and this is a little tiny bit more snug than my other 5 1/2 works for me. So very pleased with our purchase ❤️
