Q: How to measure for the right size?
A: Measure around your wrist with a flexible tape-measure and follow the instructions given in each listing.
If you already own a Sami bracelet, measure your bracelet "leather end to leather end" (not including loop) for the correct size.
Q: I just placed an order but want to order one more item to be sent in the same shipment to avoid paying double postage, what to do?
A: You can add more items to your placed order within 5 hours or before shipping.
To get a “free shipping” code to use at checkout, you must contact AC Design BEFORE placing the additional order!
Q: Can I follow my shipped order?
A: Yes, when your order is ready and handed over to the Postal Service, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your parcel either via the link in the email or with the tracking number follow your shipment via your country's postal service website.

Q: My parcel hasn’t arrived, what can I do?
A: If you have not received your shipment within the estimated delivery time, first, contact your local delivery service to see if the parcel can be located.
If your local delivery service can´t find it, contact AC Design who will make a complaint to the Swedish Post that will start an investigation along with your country's postal service.
Q: I want to give a bracelet as a gift but do not know the size, what size should I order?
A: If you think the receiver is about the same size as yours or as someone you know, measure your own or someone else's wrist and add 1 cm / 0.39 inch or 1.5 cm / 0.59 inch depending on which bracelet design you chose (follow the measurement instructions for the bracelet)
If you do not know the size, do NOT automatically choose the largest size, the most common sizes are 17 cm / 6.69 inch - 18 cm / 7.08 inch.
