Payment is accepted via Etsy direct checkout and PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards). We also accept Etsy gift cards. Please note purchases are shipped once payment has cleared our account.

What happens after you've made your purchase:

We will send you confirmation of your order and aim to dispatch most items in stock within 1-5 working days after payment has cleared our account.

Items are mostly distributed from France via La Poste (the national postal service) to most worldwide destinations.

Covid update - we are experiencing some delays due to disruption in the National postal service here in France - please bear with us we will keep you informed

We send confirmation that your item has been dispatched together (usually with a tracking number). We give you an indication of delivery times and whether signature confirmation is required (most of our items are shipped via recorded delivery). Please note delivery times are estimated and can vary - on average we suggest you allow (from the date of dispatch):

* up to 10 working days to receive your item within Europe or
* between 2-4 weeks to receive your item outside of Europe

If you prefer/require priority post or additional contents insurance to cover the value of your item - please notify us in advance - this can be arranged for you at the additional cost price and added to your order before checkout/payment.

It can be more cost-effective to ship multiple items together in one package. We are always happy to re-calculate the cheapest price to ship a multiple order - please contact us for a revised shipping cost.

Please be advised our standard delivery times apply to items we hold in stock - made to order items may differ to the standard delivery times indicated above.

BoulotDodo makes every effort to carefully package your item - in the unlikely event that your item arrives in damaged packaging or if you are unhappy with the condition in which you receive your parcel - please DO NOT OPEN IT. Either obtain a declaration/proof from the delivery person or take it, unopened, to your local post office. This will facilitate a claim - especially if you have taken out additional insurance. We also ask that take a photo of the package and contents and email these to us in the event that you wish to be refunded.

We recommend additional insurance for items over a certain value or vintage one-offs which cannot be easily replaced.

Please note all import taxes / customs are the responsibility of the client - in accordance with the requirements of the country of destination.

BoulotDodo cannot take financial responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect or if your item is returned undelivered. If you have any concerns about delivery please contact us in advance, or once your purchase is made, so that we can work together and ensure your order arrives to the correct location and in a timely fashion.

Please note where free delivery is indicated this means the delivery cost is included in the item price. If said item is returned a nominal handling fee is deducted from the original purchase price. You will be advised in advance.
