Announcement    FREE SHIPPING US orders of $35+ (pre-tax). Thank you so much for stopping by my shop. Processing times are currently 3-5 business days not including weekends or holidays. I'm unable to accept rush requests or promise delivery dates for birthdays, vacations, etc. If you leave a note on your order I do not review those notes until your order is next in line for production. If I am unable to complete your order in the estimated time frame I will communicate with you directly via Etsy messages. USPS has announced delivery changes that may cause delays with your package; once the package has left my hands, I have no control of how quickly it is delivered. As a result, the delivery estimate you see in your Etsy shopping cart or on your order does not account for postal delays.

Time to time you will see that some items you may have once added to your cart are not showing up in my shop, or may be sold out. In that case, I may deactivated them to allow me time to catch up on orders without the need to put my shop on "vacation". If this happens, I will keep an updated post at the top of my shop announcement regarding any changes.

It filled my need for creativity and desire to contribute to our finances; I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, so this little shop was also born. Orders ship from my studio in Southwest Florida to the address linked in your Etsy account. Please verify this address is correct. USPS does not offer guaranteed delivery dates for First Class or Priority Mail. Any unforeseen delays on my end will be promptly communicated with you. Shipping during the holidays will undoubtedly take longer so please be prepared and order ahead! USPS is fully responsible for your package once they are in receipt of it and buyer is responsible for ensuring package is delivered to a secure location. Please contact USPS directly should you have any questions regarding tracking or delivery status. Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an address incorrectly entered by the buyer or for USPS shipping delays and packages lost or stolen. Reshipping and reorder costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

{INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES}
MOST international orders arrive within a few weeks. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail, which can take 2-6 weeks; possibly longer. Shipping over the holidays will undoubtedly take longer so please be prepared and order ahead! Seller is NOT responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed on Buyer by their country of residence. Falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a Buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law. Seller is not responsible for calculating import fees.

{REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES}
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. I take great pride in my work and customer satisfaction is very important. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please message me right away and I will do my very best to correct any issue. Please contact me within 2 days of delivery to discuss any concerns. I reserve the right to request photo communication. Due to the custom nature and/or personalization of some items, not all items are eligible for an exchange or refund. If you have questions about this policy, please message me prior to ordering so we can discuss. Personalized items exchanged are done so at the buyer's expense. {RUSH ORDERS}
I am unable to accommodate Rush Order requests after an order has been placed. Please do not leave a "need by date" in the notes during checkout as I normally don't review those notes until I begin processing it. If you need something rushed, please message me first to inquire if I can accommodate a rush request. All orders ship in the order they are received. There is a minimum $25 fee for a rush order, and this fee may be increased at my discretion if it is a larger request. Rush fees DO NOT include shipping upgrade charges if you need your order shipped Express or Priority Mail vs. First Class. Please message me and I can create a custom order for a rush fee and/or expedited shipping services.

{PARENTAL SUPERVISION AND SAFETY OF ITEMS}
Accessories often contain small parts and embellishments. Please do not ever leave your baby, child or pet unsupervised or napping while wearing accessories. These items are not toys and should not be played with or put in their mouth as they could pose a choking hazard. Bloom and Bow Handmade is not responsible for any injuries related to misuse of our items.

{CUSTOM ORDERS}
Every customer deserves a made-to-order accessory customized and made to fit with the same time and attention to quality and detail as the one before. Custom requests are welcome including larger quantities such at party favors or shower gifts. If you see something you like, but want it in a different color or quantity than what is available, please message me. If a listing states "Quantity available (4)" this indicates the supplies available to make that item and does not indicate a pre-made, ready to ship item. I do often underestimate that number so supplies are not oversold. If you need more, just send me a message and I will be happy to work with you.
Some custom requests may require additional supplies or time and a setup or design change fee may apply. When you request a custom order, any additional costs or fees will be communicated prior to the listing being created.
Custom listings must be paid within 48 hours or will be cancelled.

{PACKAGING AND GIFTS}
In an effort to be more conscious of waste, I will use post-consumer recycled or recyclable materials for packaging as much as possible. All items are carefully and professionally packaged, and small items such as multiple hair clips may be presented on the same product card to reduce packaging waste. If you are ordering for a gift recipient and need items presented on a separate giftable card, please leave me a note in the checkout area. I am also happy to include a handwritten note and a gift receipt for no additional fee. Gift certificates are available to my shop as well, just message me for the details!

Do you have any coupons?

Please visit my social media for active promotions. Discount codes may not be applied to custom items or RUSH orders, shipping charges, or items that are already discounted, such as within a custom listing specially created for you. Coupons may not be used in conjunction with a free shipping promotion.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are welcome. Please direct message me to discuss the details and I will provide a price quote as well as production times. Certain design charges may apply to personalize or recreate a design in different colors.

Do you sell just the felt appliques or other supplies that can be used in my crafting project?

I sure do! Just message me and I'm happy to provide you a detailed price quote and answer any questions to create a custom listing to meet your needs.

Can I request a RUSH order?

All orders are shipped in order of receipt due to a steady flow of incoming orders; every item is made or assembled to order to accommodate customization. To ensure every customer receives the same attention to detail, requests to speed processing are taken on a case-by-case basis depending on my current order load. There is an option during checkout to add RUSH/Priority Mail services (US addresses only) for an additional fee to ensure your order is given priority. Please check the estimated processing time frame provided in the shopping cart before completing your purchase; do not leave a message asking to expedite unless you have purchased RUSH service or have directly messaged me first to ensure I can accommodate.

When will my order ship?

My turnaround time is indicated within each item's listing (in the Shipping and Policies section). In addition, you will be provided with the processing time for your order as items are added to your shopping cart. Please do not request that your order be shipped earlier than indicated unless prior arrangements have been made. Notes left on your order may not be viewed until your order is next in line to be created and shipped. Priority Mail and/or RUSH services are offered as an upgrade during checkout. To check the status of an order already placed, click on your profile, select "Purchases and Reviews". The shipping estimate, tracking and delivery status are indicated for every order.

Wholesale availability

Please message me directly to inquire about wholesale availability. Due to the handmade nature of my shop, traditional wholesale discounts are typically not available, however I may be able to offer other discounts.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping services are available upon request during checkout; please message me before your order if you have any specific requests. A gift receipt and/or note can be provided at no additional charge; just leave a note on your order and I'm happy to fulfill your request.
