All items are made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days. Once completed, orders ship via standard delivery, which typically takes 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery should be calculated as production time plus shipping time.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

We use Gildan and Comfort Colors. In our kids collection, Rabbit Skins is also available. Both adult and youth garments are unisex. The size chart clearly indicates which sizes belong to which brand. Please review the size and color charts carefully before placing your order. If a color or size appears in the chart but is not visible in the ordering panel, please contact us.

A sweatshirt does not include a hood.
A hoodie features a hood and usually a front pocket.
Product images may display different styles for reference.
The garment type selected at checkout is the exact style that will be produced and shipped.

Some images may display multiple items for styling or group examples. However, you will receive only the quantity added to your cart. The number shown in photos does not determine the quantity shipped. Please add the exact amount you wish to purchase.

Depending on the design, we use DTF printing or embroidery.
Embroidery is stitched with thread for a textured, premium finish.
DTF printing offers vibrant colors and sharp details.
With proper care, both methods are long lasting and resistant to cracking or fading.

Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Do not tumble dry.
Avoid ironing directly over the design.
Proper care helps preserve both print and embroidery quality over time.

Yes, names, dates, years, and custom text can be added. Please complete the personalization field carefully. For personalized items, upon request, a digital preview is sent before production begins. Once approved, the design is forwarded to our production partner and production starts. We also accept bulk orders for events and group occasions with custom pricing available.

All items are made to order, so personalized products are non returnable. If your order was produced within the stated time frame and shipped on time but delayed by the carrier, refunds are not issued. Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control. In such cases, Etsy Buyer Protection Program may apply and we guide customers through that process when necessary.

We do not sell digital files. PNG, SVG, or downloadable designs are not available in our shop.
