Anch'io ero piuttosto sovrappeso e non mi interessavo per niente di fitness o nutrizione. Dopo anni in cui mi sentivo apatico e senza motivazione, ho deciso di cambiare. Da allora ho inseguito il mio stile di vita e la mia carriera nel fitness, tutto in uno. Ora sono qui per aiutare quante più persone possibile a raggiungere i propri obiettivi, proprio come ho fatto io.

I use to be pretty overweight myself and not into fitness or nutrition at all. After years of feeling beat down sluggish & having no motivation i decided to make a change. Since then ive been chasing my fitness lifestyle & career all in one. Now im here to help as many people as possible achieve their goals just like i did mine.
