Never recieved my product i will never purchase from this store again!!!!!!

I have sent several messages to you asking what initial you want embroidered on the dress. The cross embroidery design on the dress has a circle in the middle for an initial. The design would not look right with a blank circle which is why I have not shipped your dress. It is cut out and ready to be made as soon as I hear from you regarding the initial. I wish you would have just responded to my messages instead of posting a negative review. You could have even messaged me asking where your dress was and then you would have found out why I didn't send it yet.
