We are a Mom duo who handcrafts each item for you with love and special care.

Shipping:
Please use code FREESHIP for a local pick up option if you live in the Guelph, Ontario area.

All of our Honeysuckle Beads are shipped via Canada Post Express Mail. When possible a tracking number will be included for Canadian and U.S. orders. If you required faster shipping please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can quote accordingly. Items are shipped 5-10 business days from time of order and although delivery times (subject to change by Canada Post ) are approximately:

Canada: 2-4 business days

USA: 4-10 business days

International: 4-10 business days

ALL ORDERS: Honeysuckle Beads cannot be held responsible for any shipping errors, late shipments, or misconceived deadlines. All shipping is approximate in nature. Honeysuckle Beads will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or package refusal. Honeysuckle Beads is not responsible for any fees, duties or taxes applied to your purchase, any fees or taxes are thr sole responsibility to you, the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to hygienic reasons we're unable to accept returns. If you received an incorrect order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order so that we may correct it for you.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order please contact us and we will promise to do our best to try and resolve each issue on a case by case basis. You have 15 business days from the order date to contact Honeysuckle Beads with any complaints or concerns from the order date.

Please note that as all items are hand made and each item is unique in its own way and may not look exactly as the ones pictured in the shop. Colours may be slightly different due to computer calibration.

We are accepting custom orders, please allow 1-2 weeks (plus shipping time) for us to handcraft a product just for you!
