Shop policies

Last updated on April 30, 2022
I create all my pieces by hand, so no two items are identical, even on a repeated item. This means you'll have to allow for slight variations from what is shown in the photos of items.

Items marked 'ready to ship' are photos of the actual item, so they're the ones you'll be getting. I've given measurements so if in doubt, please use a ruler or contact me.

Accepted payment methods

Paypal Visa Mastercard Apple Pay Klarna Giftcard
Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Returns & exchanges

See item details for return and exchange eligibility.

Payment

All payments are made via Paypal. Payment is still possible if you don't have a PayPal account as you can use a credit or debit card. If you need to pay in another way, please contact me.

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase and must clear in my PayPal account before I can start making custom orders. I can usually accommodate one alteration, but this is not guaranteed. Any customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

I will send all UK orders by first class post, with Track and Trace, and proof of posting. I will send all Overseas orders by Overseas International and these are generally posted according to their value.

Please bear in mind though, that even fast shipping can still get held up in customs.

I will post to the address on your Paypal payment unless you tell me otherwise.

I will try to dispatch items as soon as I have made them for you. If you need something quickly please message me, as I may have something in stock or be able to make something a bit faster :-)

Additional policies and FAQs

If your purchase is intended as a gift, I am happy to send it directly to the recipient with a little note, just let me know.

Custom Orders & Commissions.
Please note that - unless otherwise stated - all of my pieces are made to order and so you should allow up to a week for your pieces to be made. I will keep in contact regarding time-scales & will indicate if there will be a longer lead time due to the sourcing of materials not held in stock.I would love to work with you to create something meaningful & bespoke just for you - just message me!

Ring Sizing
If you don’t know your ring size, it's best to go into a shop and try on some rings for size. My ring gauge measures in UK, USA & continental sizes. Please make sure that you issue me with your size accurately an as customer orders are non refundable. Rings can be sized up. Generally up to about a whole size. However, if they are set with a gem & need to be sized down the whole fabrication process needs to be repeated! If you are ordering a wider band (over 4mm), make sure to try on an equal width ring as generally they need a bigger size!

Caring for your jewellery
Even the most robust jewellery is subject to damage. Precious metals & gemstones, even diamonds, are easily scratched so take care when performing heavy duty work - sound crazy? Gardening for example!! To keep your jewellery looking like new, take it off when using cleaning chemicals. Wash in warm soapy water & buff with a jewellery cloth. Special care will be issued with any treated stones.Don't wear delicate chains in bed where they are likely to break.Store unworn jewellery in the presentation box it was packed in to prevent oxidation (silver) and other pieces of jewellery scratching the surface.
