The title is how I feel- I was made to make! Born to create!
From a very young age I spent most of my time making things - yes that included the blue peter makes ;)
For birthdays and chritmas' I took great pleasure in going round Toys R Us buying crayola sets and "make your own" sets.

As an adult this has stayed with me and I just love creating things that are unique, a special gift that someone can give that is something a little different, something you can't get on the highstreet.

I truly believe that the smallest of things can make a bug difference and that it really is the little things that matter. This combined with my passion for kindness and mental health is where Little Happy Little Thoughts was born and why most of my items are small in size.

I am passionate about mental health and as well as an Etsy shop owner to fulfill my love of handmade I am also a mental health campaigner and advocate as well as a trainee counsellor.

I have spoken openly about to the media, been involved in the Lloyds Bank #GetTheInsideOut campaign, the Victoria Derbyshire show and radio. I also do my own local projects to raise awareness on mental health. I have a book on my own journey through mental illness called In Bloom Not Broken available on Amazon to show others they are not alone and that it is possible for things to get better.

I also have a childrens book called Felix The Fox and his Awesome Odd Socks available on Amazon to promote positive mental health, diversity and always being yourself.

My message is to believe in yourself, be happy, follow your dreams and be kind. Always.
