This buyer never attempted to contact me and never responded to my messages with offers to return the items for a full refund if they were unhappy (after I was first notified of their unhappiness via these reviews). The items were 100% as shown in the photographs and as described in the item description. They are hand sewn in sturdy wool blend felts with double secured eyes for safety during play. I have more than 13 years of hand sewing experience creating and perfecting my item designs, and every edge including the bottom is stitched for increased durability and longevity.
