I accept secure payment by Etsy Direct Checkout. Please make your payment the day you are purchasing to make your order effective. Your order will be processed when payment is cleared.

If you still want to cancel your order, please do it within one hour of purchase.
Cancellations can't be done after your order has been dispatched.
Cancellations are not possible on made to order items, personnalized or custom orders.

Shipping
Products will be shipped by Royal Mail Post or any courier if more appropriate.
Once marked as shipped, your order will be delivered approx within these time frames:
- UK "2nd class" : 5-10 working days. You can UPGRADE 1st class at checkout.
- Europe "1st class" : 7-15 working days
- Everywhere else "Standard" : 10-28 working days
-> shipping charges include packaging, postage and handling fee.
-> a signature may be required on receipt
DAMAGE :
If your parcel is damaged during transport, you shall refuse its delivery and write "refused due to transport damage" on the signature receipt.
If the customer don't write clearly defined reservations, his signature implies that he accepts the goods and it implicates that the customer agrees with the good condition of the received goods. In this case, no claims concerning the condition of the goods delivered are admissible.
CUSTOMS, TAXES :
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. They may be very different from a country to another. I cannot predict if you will be charge. So please, contact your local customs office for further information. Milaekem is not responsible for delays due to customs.
-- If the item is made-to-order, you need to include turnaround time to make it and estimated delivery days to your country.
-- If you need any items on a specific date, please double check that you have enough time to receive your items from London before purchasing it. Always add a little bit of extra time to allow unexpected delays during transit.
-- All items are packaged carefully with love in a cardboard box ready to be given, (to someone or to yourself!) if you'd like a message addressed to the recipient please let me know.
