Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you pay with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.

Method 1, check your email. ^^,
Etsy will send you two different emails: a download notification and a transaction notification email.

Method 2, directly from your account:
- Click on “Your Account”
- Choose “Purchases and reviews”
- Locate the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order)
The file will go to your “Downloads” folders

Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a computer.

If you check out your purchase as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email sent to you after purchase.

YASSS! We will be offering MTO too, like line art, portrait, faceless art, etc! We’ll design and create your items after purchase and you’ll receive an email when the files are ready to download. The time we need to complete these items can vary. Please contact us if you have questions.

Aha! Worry not! We're here and alive. So just send us a message, tell us what’s up (or what's down), and we will send you the files by email, Etsy message or whatever works best for you. ^^,

You can print the images at home or your local printing center, or by uploading them to an online service (Shutterfly, Snapfish, etc.).

If using a printing center or online service, I recommend uploading the images in their original condition. Images should not pass through any compression software or other messenger apps, which will reduce quality.

Using high quality paper will result in best printing results. I recommend printing on high quality cardstock in white. Some printers may have trouble with cardstock that is too thick, so make sure to choose a paper quality that is suitable for your printer.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer returns once files are received. However, if you have any problems with your order or with downloading the files, just send us a message and we will be happy to help. ^^,

Please understand that all files/images are for personal use only and are intended to be used as printed art and cards. Purchase does NOT include a license for commercial purposes that result in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. Please do not distribute or sell digital files or printed versions via any online or physical channel.
