Can I return my order?
Since these are individually manufactured print-on-demand products, returns or cancellations are not possible after production has begun. (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB))
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is typically within 7 business days after receipt of payment. Custom-made products may take slightly longer; we will inform you separately.
Which shipping service provider is used for shipping?
We ship with reliable providers such as DHL, Hermes, or DPD. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
When will my order be shipped?
After receipt of payment, your order will be processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday–Friday). No shipping on weekends or public holidays.
Can I return products if they are damaged?
If your delivery is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the damage. We will quickly resolve the issue.
Who pays customs duties and import fees for international orders?
