Shipping costs:
For shipping costs I calculate the prices of the Deutsche Bundespost, whereby I always try to ship as cheap as possible.
Delivery:
Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Should there be any waiting times, I will inform you as soon as possible. However, I always try to avoid waiting times. Delivery will be made after receipt of the invoice amount.
Prices:
All prices are quoted in US$. They do not include VAT, as I am not entitled to deduct input tax as a small trader.
Ownership:
The delivered goods remain the property of Silvia Jendert until full payment has been made.
Transport damage, notice of defects and warranty:
Transport damage must be reported and confirmed to the Deutsche Bundespost. I try to fulfill your order quickly. Should I nevertheless send you incorrect or faulty goods, you can of course return these goods to me. Returns of goods must be returned to me fully cleared. Non-free or partially cleared shipments will not be accepted. In the case of justified complaints, I will refund the postage costs. Defects must be reported to me in writing within 8 days at the latest. Small commercially available or technically unavoidable deviations in quality, color, dimensions, weight, etc. may not be objected to. In the production of wool, I dispense with chemical finishing, bleaching and carbonation. As a result, the yarn becomes somewhat more irregular and rarely contains the smallest straw particles or similar particles, although the wool has been washed and carded. In the event of a justified complaint, the seller's choice shall be free rectification and/or partial or complete exchange or remuneration of the invoice amount for defective goods. The warranty is 6 months from delivery. In the case of complaints, the date of purchase or the date of an auction won must be proven with an invoice. The complained article must be returned to me together with a copy sufficiently stamped. The warranty expires if the customer has changed the delivered goods. The seller (Silvia Jendert) has the right to free rectification during the warranty obligation. Partial or complete replacement of the item is permitted. If defects are not remedied within a reasonable period of time, the buyer is entitled to rescission or reduction.

Consumers are entitled to an unrestricted right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Consumers can revoke their contractual declaration within 4 weeks without giving reasons in text form or by returning the item. The period begins at the earliest one day after receipt of a cancellation policy to be communicated separately in text form, but not before receipt of the goods (§ 312 d Abs. 2 BGB). To comply with the revocation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the item is sufficient. The revocation must be addressed to the seller specified in the provider identification.
Consequences of revocation:
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned. If you are unable to return the received service to me in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay me compensation for the value. This does not apply to the transfer of goods if the deterioration of the item is exclusively due to its inspection - as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. Incidentally, you can avoid the compensation for value by not using the item as your property and refraining from anything that impairs its value. Items that can be sent by parcel must be returned. You have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered item does not exceed an amount of 40.00 euros or if you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at a higher price of the item at the time of revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. In the event of a revocation, we bear the risk of returning the purchased item. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days of sending the declaration of withdrawal.
