IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON YOUR ITEM, I WILL SEND A PREPAID REFUND LABEL FOR YOU TO SEND THE ITEM BACK TO ME IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE WITHIN 7 DAYS. AFTER RECEIVING THE UNDAMAGED ITEM, I WILL REPLACE THE ITEM AND SHIP IT BACK OUT TO YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom Orders requiring different fabrics requested by the customer is based solely on LOCAL availability of fabric. Sewing Celebrations ships out in 3-5 days after receiving your order.

Sewing Celebrations ships Item(s) by USPS First Class Mail 6-10 days (13 oz. or less) unless BUYER chooses a faster delivery option such as USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or USPS Express Mail (1-2 days). BUYER must conversation me to request a "Custom Order" to be set up for them if a faster method is preferred (see listing UPGRADES on my shop for Priority Shipping and Express Shipping).

All of my items are MADE TO ORDER i.e., cut, sewn, packaged, and mailed by me.

IF YOU NEED TRACKING OR INSURANCE, IT MUST BE REQUESTED BEFORE YOU PURCHASE SO ADDITIONAL POSTAGE CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR BILL. I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.

I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE USPS FOR DELIVERY. I SHIP OUT IN PLENTY OF TIME FOR YOU TO GET YOUR ORDER ON TIME FOR THOSE SPECIAL OCCASIONS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER LATE. I DON'T REFUND FOR USPS PACKAGES THAT THE POST OFFICE HAS STATED AS "DELIVERED". IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVIOR FOR GPS TRACKING TO LOCATE YOUR PACKAGE OR CONTACT YOUR CARRIER TO FIND OUT THE LOCATION OF YOUR PACKAGE.

PLEASE NOTE: HOLIDAY SHIPMENTS MIGHT TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED EVEN FOR PRIORITY OR PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING.

Processing and shipping of orders will be only Monday-Friday. I don't ship on Federal Holidays.

USPS First Class can take up to 10 days for delivery.
USPS Priority Shipping takes 1-4 days for delivery.
USPS Express Shipping takes up to 1-2 business days for delivery.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID VIA PAYPAL AND THE SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE VERIFIED. ALL ORDERS NOT MEETING THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CANCELED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
