Custom and personalised orders
Personalised Jewellery normally take 4-7 days for making it. Delivery of the orders normally take 2 to 3 weeks from the date of despatch via DHL eCommerce. It may delay due to festive seasons, holidays or natural disasters.
Care instructions
Gold Plating is temporary and will fade or tarnish if not worn with care and due to various reasons with time and its use. Like all material that is not real gold will eventually fade or tarnish and there is no time limit after how long it will do so as it depends upon each individual person and locality. The rate at which it fade or tarnish will vary depending on your body chemistry, how acidic or basic it is and how much you sweat or how humid the weather is in your locality, etc.
Tips to prevent from tarnish and to use for a long time:
1. Do not wear whilst swimming, bathing or in highly humid areas.
2. Do not spray perfume or chemicals directly on it.
3. When not in use hang it up or store in a separate jewellery box.
Why there are scratches on the item and looks as if it is made of plastic?
Our items have high polish and shiny finish and due to reflection of light on the surface of the item some scratch like marks are visible but if you look at it from a slightly different angle those marks will be invisible. Those are not real scratches on the item.
We apply anti-tarnish solution (whose brand name is ProtectaClear) on our gold plated and silver items. This leaves a thin film of chemical coating on the surface of the item which protects it from tarnishing, oxidising or fading and helps the shiny finish to last longer. Due to this coating it appears as if the item is made of plastic.
Why the name on the item is not perfectly cut?
The pictures shown in the listing and the sketch of the item that is sent for approval are all designed on Computer and the original item is completely Handmade so, kindly do not expect to be exactly same.
People will not look at you wearing the item, through a magnifying glass. They will look from a distance of minimum 2 feet so, if you see the item by holding it at a distance of two feet you will find the item perfectly made without irregular cuttings or scratches. People will admire the item and give you compliments for sure.

For chain lengths you may select from the options in the listings. Otherwise you may inform us the chain lengths or sizes you want after buying.
Do you ship Internationally?
YES, we do ship Internationally via Shypmax to all countries.
How much is the International Shipping and Handling Charge?
Shipping Charge is FREE to most of the countries via Shypmax . We DO NOT charge for Packing and Handling.
Does the item come in a Gift Box?
No, we don't send in a Gift Box due to Customs. The shipment may get held in the Customs and will delay the delivery or even the recipient will have to pay Customs Duty for it.
If you write a Gift Message during checkout then we will enclose with the order, a hand-written Gift Note on a beautiful card.
Can I cancel my order?
You may Cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase for a valid reason. PayPal transaction fee (approximately 5% to 7% of total amount) will be deducted.
Will I get rash after wearing your product?
We receive negligible complaints of having rash after wearing our products. Please check for sensitivity of your skin before buying. If your skin is allergic to brass or silver metals or any type of metal coating chemicals then you may experience rashes on your skin.
Will the Chain of the Necklace, Pendant or Bracelet break?
The Box Chain of the Necklace, Pendant or Bracelet will not break on its own unless force is applied, folded and pressed or get stuck somewhere and pulled or snap due to some other reasons.
We will not replace, issue refund or return the item if the chain breaks due to the above reasons. However, we will send a new Chain if you pay the Shipping Charge. Upon request we will inform the Shipping Charge to pay for your country.
