We here at Stargazer Exotics deal with some the rarest and most sought after exotically natural pieces in the world. We sell on MANY platforms, including, Etsy, EBay, Amazon, Our own website, our retail location as well as at tradeshows. We are asked more than 150 times a day to send photo of items so our customers can pick out there perfect piece. As you can imagine with all the platforms, 100's of requests and the daily changing inventory, how challenging it is to manage these requests and guarantee the pieces we sent photos to be available. We at this time are not able to offer this service. However we are more than happy to pick you nice pieces that would best suit any special instructions you give.

We do in deed send our products all over the world. We are very versed in paperwork and declarations for international shipments and we have been able to provide our international customers items for the last decade or so :)

Importation of items into your country is the responsibility of the buyer. Phyto certificates are not provided . Rarely, but sometimes, an item is not permitted past customs due to your country's regulations. No refunds will be provided for items that do not make in into your country.

The Esty platform is not advanced enough to allow the option of assigning a different shipment rate for each item variation. We deal with mostly natural items and they all vary DRASTICALLY from unit to unit in size and weight. For example, the cost to ship a small piece of wood may only be $16 dollars but the XL may cost $60+ to ship. We feel it unfair to make the person buying a small to pay the $60+ price tag would have to put on the listing.

We will over up to an additional 10% of the shipping fee, and contact the buyer with any difference needed to ship the item(s). The buyer will always have the right to cancel for full refund if the shipping difference is more than they are willing to pay.

We do! Due to the nature of our products there is no way to have Etsy setup to calculate combined shipping accurately across different items.

If you wish to purchase more than 2 different times please contact us for a custom quoted shipping rate. We will then create you a special listing with your items and the combined shipping amount for easy purchase.

If you wish to buy multiple of one item, combined shipping will automagically we calculated at regular checkout. :)
